11 True Stories of Redeeming Love for When You Need Hope

Redeeming love is something different than the world can offer. Divine love. Unconditional love. Unfailing love. They all refer to something more than we as humans can promise.

At some point in our lives, love has or will hurt. The word, the feeling, and its reminders prod at tender places in our spirits. Sometimes, the love we find in this world keeps us afloat on light feet and happy hearts. But, yes, at other times it brings us to our knees in pain and desperation.

But God. Together, my two favorite words. God’s love doesn’t fail. And it meets us in the pain. Jesus comes alongside us. He gets down on His knees right next to us in our pain and holds us giving us the strength to get back up and live again. To love and to hope again.

Rejoice in the power of redemption through 11 true stories of God's loving compassion. Find relief through His faithfulness, mercy, and grace in moments that seem helpless. Be encouraged today through His redeeming love.

God’s Redeeming Love

I often write here of all the Scriptures God has given us within the Words of our Bibles that keep our thoughts positive and focuses on life-giving Truth. His Words tell us we are loved, chosen, and worth fighting for. They tell us His promises to love us in spite of our mistakes and to walk with us to healing as long as we hold tight to Him.

21 of those Bible verses can be found in the following 3 posts. Each article gives you 7 Bible verses and breaks them down to help you understand God’s character and promises so that you can pray with boldness.

This week, I leave you with not just my thoughts and experiences, but real stories of real people who have experienced God’s redeeming and radically different love! These stories come from the heart. Some get raw. And some will hit nerves.

But all are beautiful because they were inspired by the Author of all words and of all our stories.

Let the redeemed of the Lord tell their story … ”

Psalm 107:2 NIV

Enjoy this round-up of posts! Let these words sink into your hearts and work as a conduit of God’s love. It would bless these sweet storytellers so much if you take a moment to comment or share their stories!

  10. Lori, I really needed this this week. Things are so crazy, but the funny thing is God is still taking the time to show that He is here, He arranged a job so that we would have the money to pay for Levi’s rent at the home they made him move too, then someone from our church showed up with 10 huge bags of groceries. He will not let us fail. He knows that we are trusting Him. These stories keep me on the right track, make me continue to focus on the good. Thank you my friend. xx
